    I have for the last twenty years researched and developed a transport system for global use.
 
    The key elements of the Angstromega© unit's innovation are:
        Solar only powered zero emission vehicles
        Urban self guidance mass transit system (mobile phone accessibility)
        Solar cell inter city super highways
        Additional alternate weather power accumulation using Wind turbines
        Interchangeability with existing transport including Torque enhancements

        Urban self guidance passenger and small to standard sized goods conveyance
        Capability to enter and exit high speed inter city 650kph highway
        Usability on multi terrain self guidance vehicles including space exploration

        Disaster relief transportation via water land and snow capabilities
        Drinking water transportation to outlying regions for consumption
        Relief food drop transportation for disaster stricken areas

Greetings from Robert Frits van der Kleij here in New Zealand, I've always searched the alternatives and where global warming relates to vehicles. Emissions is a one sided view of a multi sided phenomenon.

Were vehicle to gather their own power source instead of vehicles that consume fossil fuels, that are steel lined, painted darker than white, turning them into ovens, enough to bake our siblings, pets & even our selves were we to be so blatantly ignorant, then some of the cycle of global warming would be avoided.

When those elements of transportation are corrected, tankers & fossil fuel holding tanks would be eliminated.

Fuel vapour dispelling eliminated from daily heat expansions in the fuel holding tanks that also makes a large dent in the atmospheric relevance causing more global warming.

Other alternate views should also be added to the list of offenders to global warming and among those I speculate our use of crude oil it's self, as it's refined to many applications and one that stands out among all others is it's use in cooling and an anti friction lubricant.

We remove it from the earth and in my postulation cause that same earth to expand and heat up through friction and a lack of coolant within.

Further more we call her Mother Earth yet we bleed the very substance that she is made of with no fore thought to it's requirements in an ecological sense.

Finally yet not completely resolving all facades of the equation.

A global solar powered roadway system supplemented with wind turbine power generation could make big advances in re-establishing an equilibrium in Mother Earth's ecology.

Robert has to date researched and developed this link necessary to make this alternative not only a viable solution but also one that would streamline the Global transport system and many other engineering applications as well.

For the last twenty plus years I have given my self the task of finding a water tight solution to the imminent emissions elimination of vehicles globally.

To date I have a design that is at the stage a proof of concept prototype build of the drive unit.

Being as the vehicle will need to be recharged from solar paneling in the first instance I would require such capacity to hold a charge as is available with your Nanotube Super Capacitors.

As I am mainly focusing on the electromagnetic drive unit I would be in a position to elaborate further as to the use and design criteria in which your Nanotube Super Capacitors will be implemented in my total vehicle design.

Thus giving your team the sole rights to that part of the design and function.

As a pre-description the units that you are making would need to be in the form of a small triangular sliver that housed firstly the external solar panel surface with the underlying skin being made of Nanotube Super Capacitors and the required computational mechanism as the lower or third part. To store, deliver and accumulate the power from various sources built into the vehicle it's self, and some specialty surfaces that the vehicle traverses, which will also be constructed to accumulate power for distribution to each vehicle as it passes by them.

As you will note this is an all inclusive design that will be made possible through the main design of my electromagnetic drive unit.

The unit (dubbed - Angstromega© unit) will allow each piece of the complete module to interconnect as well as being used as the main drive unit for the vehicle it's self in the unit's larger default size and form.

Angstromega© unit was firstly designed by myself for power transmission to a vehicle wheels and due to the configuration it has, the Angstromega© unit will allow most type of vehicles, now in production, to use the Angstromega© unit to convert them to solely electrical propulsion including, where absolutely necessary, as the change over from fossil fuel vehicles to electrical propulsion vehicles takes hold. Manufactured conversions can where necessary use a lower capacity motor to generate power as the source.

Eventually I envision a complete transportation systems to follow this lead, becoming self guided vehicles using the Angstromega© units.

Being capable of normal speed now attainable by most privately owned vehicles in urban roads and byways that we already use and eventually by 2050 attaining the systems completion of the construction of super highways which will allow intercity travel at speed in access of 650 kph .

These super highways will allow connections similar to present day motorways to be used by the vehicles which have the complete Angstromega© unit's design specifications including your Nanotube Super Capacitors and solar panelling to use both standard roading and the new super highways without the need for vehicle changeover from one source of transportation to the next as is presently done between cars, taxi's trains boats and aeroplanes, at their present day allotted platforms. (railway stations, airports harbours etc.)

Thus not only making the new form of transportation electromagnetic but also eliminating the need for excessive parking facilities and even the requirement of vehicle ownership, housing and private repairs.

This does not exclude the right to ownership of such new designed vehicles, it only eliminates the necessity.

Finally the Angstromega© unit will find it's place in other divisions of engineering that are presently covered by robotic joints and other bearing applications to which I have not elaborated in this first e-mail which will bring about further advances, and financial gains across a widening range of applications yet to be disclosed, that will require both our scientific discoveries in equally.

Angstromega© unit Debut

It's relation to safety and employability of future transportation systems:

I believe that accident prevention methods for drivers of our future vehicles would be better expended on vehicle technology, as there soon will be cars capable of driving at speeds above that which the average human mind can comprehend safely.

Will the humans really need to drive or will cars do it for us then continue on their way to other passenger or/and goods deliveries, instead of taking up room in parking lots and garaging world wide.

With electromagnetic's there will soon be a vehicle that can accomplish these feats (cars already drive by them selves, and convoy extra vehicles also) and with transferability from, electromagnetic wheel driven to superhighway maglev intercity expressways the car will be such that has only been envisioned is science fiction until now.

Using a superconducting drive:

Cars are decades overdue for a refit, eliminating all of the drive train except the wheel it's self, and will even accomplish water going capabilities.

Our best sciences would be better spent on light weight super maglev highways with on-ramp and off-ramp capabilities, solar powered with transferable power to the cars that travel on them, with Wind turbine/solar power electrical transfer point in the rural areas so that almost instant electrical top-up is made capable for these new technologically advanced vehicle.

Such transfer points could be also made at sea for example between England and France or between New Zealand and Australia.

Rowing (manually) between Australia and New Zealand and visa versa is already an accomplished feat, so now we should travel those seas by car also. "Angstromega© units", the unit designed especially for the change over from fossil fuel to electro-magnetism to eliminate emissions from vehicles globally to our atmosphere (research and development still in the prototype stage) will make this possible.

Having a wheel that's driven by sealed electromagnetic's in a yet to be formally patented configuration, that includes a turbine for water borne capabilities (speeds for water borne mode yet to be discovered) , with normal urban travel in it's default mode (up to an estimated capability of 300kph) and a horizontally configured for intercity maglev super highway mode travelling at some 650kph.

The "Angstromega© unit" is presently negotiating to get the various parts for it's prototype construction and when it's debut arrives the whole of engineering will look forward to a total make-over that "Angstromega© units" make possible against presently known sciences used.

For solar accumulation to benefit the global environment there needs to be a global initiative to include the largest areas to be included. For example the largest area used for transportation, THE ROAD could in fact be utilised with new designs for electro-magnetic vehicles that will travel intercity via Maglev type roads covered with Solar Panels and supplying the vehicles that travel on them as they transit between major intersection that utilize Maglev technology on Expressway Maglev Roads. These vehicles will then be able to enter and exit the expressway maglev roads to connect to all urban areas and continue to residential and/or mercantile establishment destinations. By 2010 self guidance controlled vehicles with more saving to the global environment will be evident.

Advantages of the new Angstromega© units system:

1. A vehicle would take it's passengers or/and goods from it's departure point via intermediary locations and on to the final destination, without the need for the following present utilities or/and platforms.

a. Parking will be eliminated (these vehicle will have bulk parking/construction/maintenance stations only) initially after delivery of passengers/goods the vehicle would continue to the next required departure point.

b. Transfer station would be unnecessary ( Rail station, Airport/domestic, Ferry ports/in-harbour , domestic garaging etc) although private and fleet ownership would still be available with vehicle purchase or lease agreements.

c. Fuel delivery systems would be eliminated due to global solar and wind turbine replacements being placed on a grid for total transportation replenishment.

d. Express Maglev Roadways would cost less than Maglev Train Railways due to lower weight requirement of passenger and goods vehicles usage.

e. Retail goods would be transported from manufactures directly to clients eliminating bulk retail storage and avoiding twofold or more transportation handling, also enhancing perishable freshness where appropriate.

Other omitted advantages would be evident with the use of "Angstromega© units" equipt vehicles that will use the new Expressway Maglev Roads as these products are globally made available.

The Angstromega© units developed by Robert van der Kleij of www.treezone.co.nz will also enhance many other global engineering aspects, making advances in these field also, that are only anticipated in the science fiction of today.

Note:

Pre prototype global initiation estimate is now set at 2020 or earlier with suggested changeover completion phase building towards 2050 to give developers sufficient time to implement structural essentials for this alternative implementation of the change over to total electrification of transportation systems.

Conclusion:

These above letters and comments have been posted over the last years to describe "Angstromega© units" to the various source in a general manner.

Although no reply or enquiries have yet been received towards my findings I urge the global community to give special thought to my 20 plus years of research and development of these concept as a commercial driver for the greater part of my working career in New Zealand.

When "Angstromega© units" come alive many of the prerequisites for this solution would need to been re-established costing billions to the global economy if investment in Legacy transportation methods are to continue unheeded.

Now is a good time to establish forerunning evaluations to invest economically into Angstromega© units global transportation and engineering design capability.

I urge only a brief symposium to establish that "Angstromega© units" is a viable solution and an accompanying underwritten contract to establish Robert Frits van der Kleij as the designer including a sustainable protocol for the use of the same technology globally, and in present day and future space exploration.
